The open plan nature of the accommodation combined with the light décor and sloping ceilings provide a great example of contemporary town living. The living room has a sociable feel about it and has a very well equipped kitchen at one end, with a full range of integrated appliances including an oven, hob, hood, fridge, freezer, washer/drier, dishwasher and microwave as well as plenty of cupboard space.
The bedrooms have deep dormer windows and there are good size wardrobes either side of the dressing area. Both bedrooms are en-suite.
Completing the accommodation is a cloakroom off the hallway which is convenient if you have visitors. Outside there is an attractive and enclosed communal garden and adjoining this is a bicycle store.There is also a large storage cupboard located within the basement parking area.
